About the role

As Supply Chain Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our company's overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations to maximize efficiency and productivity. This role is crucial in ensuring our products are delivered on time and meet our high standards of quality. You drive key metrics including On Time in Full, Supplier Delivery Performance, Supplier lead time as well as factory capacity planning, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You develop the global supply plan working with the Production Planning and Procurement team to understand and apply constraints and ultimately deliver the demand requirements.

You will be working in a dynamic and global organization, where teamwork and passion are key factors for our success. The position is based at Peak Performance HQ in Stockholm where you will be part of our Product team and report to VP Product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft and execute forward-thinking supply chain strategies that drive business success.
• Develop and manage a rolling Supply Planning schedule, from planning to order placement and sharing regular updates with relevant stakeholders, e.g. PPP, Sourcing, Demand Planning, Commercial, Merch.
• Lead continuous process improvement initiatives in Supply Chain. Identify opportunities and gaps within current processes. Provide recommendation for resolution.
• Collaborate with sourcing and material planning in HK to ensure optimal but not excessive material availability for timely finished goods production.
• Lead performance tracking and process improvement with D&T and DC teams to ensure optimal service levels to our customers.
• Outline Supply Chain´s requirements and dependencies through the NPD & S&OP cycles and continuously evolve and improve.
• Analyze performance metrics and develop new KPIs where necessary to drive Supply Chain performance improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Inspire and lead a talented team of supply chain professionals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 year of industry relevant experience (DTC preferred)
• Deep understanding of supply chain processes, production process challenges, and cutting-edge practices.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities as well as the ability to turn your analysis into actions.
• Proficiency with the latest supply chain management software and tools.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to develop efficient ways of working and set scalable structures.
• Ability to teach, influence, and engage with peers and managers
• Be result orientated and have a strategic mindset
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbally
• SAP experience (S4 Hana preferably)
